This notice describes how our supplier enquiry and contact forms use your information. Neopii Limited is responsible for the enquiry information you submit.

Information you provide

The supplier form asks for your name, business email, company, factory location, product information, supply terms and any catalogue link you choose to provide. Our Contact Us form asks for your name, email, an optional company, topic and message. Please do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

Neopii Limited uses your details to assess a potential supply relationship, review your product proposal and respond to enquiries and contact messages. Submitting the form saves your details and an enquiry reference. It does not place an order.

Storage and access

Enquiries and contact messages are stored in the website’s hosted database. These records are restricted to the Neopii site owner through authenticated owner access. The owner can review, download and delete saved enquiries. We keep enquiry information for the time needed to assess your proposal and handle any resulting business discussion, then delete it. Hosting providers process the information to operate this service.

Email notifications

When email forwarding is enabled, we use FormSubmit to send supplier enquiries and Contact Us messages to Neopii Limited’s nominated email inbox. This includes your name, business email, company, product proposal or contact message. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Read the FormSubmit privacy policy.

Form protection

The form uses a short lived security token and limits repeated submissions. A keyed fingerprint of your connection address helps apply this limit; the limit record expires after two hours and is removed during a later form submission. The enquiry database does not store your connection address in plain text.

This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and sign in may use essential cookies. Catalogue links are stored as text. Any external websites you choose to visit have their own privacy notices.
